A beautiful hotel! The entire staff was kind, skilled, and professional. Jonah greeted us when we arrived and made my son and I feel welcome and special. Both the rooftop and lobby bars were perfect. The rooms are cozy, clean, and modern. I love this place and will definitely stay there when I go back to Toronto. If you’re even considering this hotel just book it. You won’t be disappointed!

The staff were amazing as they always are. However this time our stay was dissapointing at best. We had to switch rooms because 514 is where souls go to die. It's a darker room with limited lighting and not at all as nice as the other rooms on floors above it. Really needs more light and a room makeover. We had significant trouble with room service. 3 times they sent the wrong order. For the prices they charge, you would expect for them to get it right.
