Although the place was nice, well situated, and the breakfast being included were definite perks, the check process was quite arduous. Not only did it take over 30 minutes waiting in line, we also had to share each and every single guest, personal data and identification in order to check in. This is a first for a hotel that was not an all-inclusive resort and it felt very unnecessary and significantly lengthening the check-in. We also had an issue with the bathroom door and even with contacting three different people, the item was not resolved promptly. We had to handle it ourselves.

Extremely clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, and location is great as it is very close to shopping and food (within 15min walking distance). We were originally concerned with the location being dangerous but we never felt in danger, even after midnight. There's always lots of people walking around, and we didn't encounter anyone sketchy. Streets were clean and lively.

"We stayed overnight for a wedding, we were running late and staff made sure we were checked in early and quickly so we could quickly freshen up in the room before the ceremony. Hotel and room was very clean and breakfast had a good variety and was tasty."
