"Highly recommend this hotel. The location is ideal, since it’s across the street from Kyoto Station. The breakfast is incredible with various options, including continental and traditional Japanese foods. The location also has a public onsen bath, making it the perfect Kyoto experience."

"Large hotel. Everything okay. Only issue is during check in, front desk was not busy with 3 to 4 staff standing by doing nothing but will not check us in. Asked to use self service. Self serve did not work. Ended back at front desk and finally got checked in. Not very courteous and quite frankly rude not willing to help us first time. Most hotel check you in willingly with a smile."

"Very well situated near Kyoto station. Friendly and welcoming staff. My room was larger than expected. Clean and well kept. Added bonus of free tea and ice cream in the restaurant area all afternoon and a glass of beer or wine in the evening."
