The hotel was impeccably clean, staff was very attentive, and excellent array of food items for the breakfast buffet. Very convenient and close to the train station and restaurants.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. The location is fantastic- across from Kyoto Station, shops and malls. Many amenities are provided in the lobby and there is a 7/11 attached with an entrance to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel!

Spacious, clean, tidy room. Close to Kyoto station so easy transportation. 7-11 downstairs very convenient for getting snacks. Very recommended.

this was one of the most wonderful hotels in hole japan, i 100% recommend this place because its 2 min by feet of the kyoto station so easy to carry your luggage in and out from the hotel, it have a 7 eleven beside the hotel with a direct door so you can acess to the 7 eleven with your room key, so convinent it also has laundry and the room was so big and comfortable if ypu planned to visit kyoto with your couple, friends or family in any ocassion its the perfect hotel!!
