Wonderful stay. Excellent location and good amenities. This is a good option for visiting Kyoto for the first time and for return visitors wanting a good, central location and a comfortable stay. It is a chain hotel vibe, but is also clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities, including laundry and free personal care products. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Very nice, comfortable room in a great location across the street from Kyoto station. The facilities were modern, clean, and nice looking. Don’t forget to try the authentic breakfast buffet on the first level. Worth a try.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location is excellent, right by the Kyoto Station. Our room was quiet and very clean. The laundry came in handy but we had to be strategic about when we used it because the machines were in demand in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and set us up for our days of sightseeing. Bonus is that there is a direct passageway to the 7-11 next door. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good hotel. Close to the Kyoto train and limousine bus stations. No complaints about cleanliness or noise. The location is very convenient—there's a 7-Eleven right next door. My only complaint was that they wouldn't reimburse or credit me for the breakfast I wasn't able to consume. I booked the stay with breakfast before planning my itinerary, not thinking I would have to leave the hotel very early on some days. But other than that, it is a good hotel.
