Nestled in the heart of South Yarmouth, our spacious, inviting 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families, friends, and travelers seeking a blend of comfort, convenience, and fun. With two expansive living spaces and a large backyard, there’s ample room for relaxation and entertainment. It sleeps up to 14 comfortably for an extended family/large group getaway on mid-Cape. New mini-splits installed (Fall 2024) for cold A/C throughout the entire home.

Family vacation

Great property and location. Host was attentive, responsive and a pleasure to deal with. House was well setup for our family gathering and accommodated our 8 adults and 2 small children very well. We had a great stay.
