This was a short distance to the centre of Bath and this was exactly what we wanted.When we stayed it was a very hot day and so it became important to open the windows which enabled a breeze to come through. This was then quite noisy at night but to be expected given its proximity to the centre. There were some things that could have been better. "While struggling with the self check in computers I asked a staff member if I could check in with him and he just said “no it’s self check in. Use the computer”. He still had to create the room key, which didn’t work, so I returned to the lobby for a new one, which also didn’t work. I was then told “I don’t think any key will work, except for mine. So if you go out, I’ll have to let you back in.” You would think he would offer to move us to another room where a key did work. But no such luck. Once in the room, it was spacious and had a decent shower. The extractor fan, that turned on automatically with the light, was extremely loud!"
