"We had asked if the house was occupied and it if was, we were not going to rent it. We were told it was not occupied and was converted into a fulltime rental with no personal possessions. This was completely false. When we showed up for check in the owner did not give us a gate key to get into the community and was not answering her phone. We had to follow another car into the community and knock on the door. She was upstairs undressed, the house and backyard were unkempt, had personal...

"We had a great time in this house for a week. We love Southpoint and we were close. But also not real far from the south end of the strip. It’s in a safe neighborhood and the house is as advertised. Would stay there again."

"We always stay at LLV but this is our first VRBO and it was great. The rental was well appointed, pretty much everything we needed, nice balcony with a partial water view. We would stay here again. My only suggestion would be to get some nice clothes hangers and upgrade the bed at some point (not very comfy for long-term stay)"
