My husband has a neck injury and the staff even offered to get pain medications from the local Pharmacist for us. The food in 1881 resturant within the grand hotel was delicious and served by Felix. What a kind gentleman he was also. Even making my young boy happy by giving him free mocktails! Both inside and outsoor pools area great addition to our stay, the breakfast is tasty and always left each morning with full bellies. We will definitely be coming back. We were so sad to leave today. Thank you all for a wonderful stay "

"Hotel was great. Good quality furnishings in room and communal areas, bar area was very nice, and staff really helpful. Location-wise, although in an area under development, its really handy for the Hoe, Harbour & city centre. Would definitely stay again and recommend. "
