"Everything was fine "

"Poor experience getting out of the parking structure. Took us 30 mins just to get out. We scanned our parking ticket and the system kept telling us the ticket we scanned was closed. Scanned QR code it wouldn’t take me card had to do it over 5 times I’m hoping I didn’t get charged all of them times, going to have to contact my back to make sure I wasn’t over charged."

"The only negative thing was we had no soap in the dispenser for our shower. We had to use something else."

"Clean rooms and facilities. Towels and sheet quality could be better but you can’t beat the value."

"The bed was extremely comfortable and it made up for any other shortcomings from our stay. "

"Rooms were ok fridge has too many items in there to buy we couldn’t store our own. "

"They only reason ranking it over all good rather than excellent after I checked out is because when I checked in the night before, I was told there is a shuttle every hour on the hour. However when I went down to catch the shuttle the next day to go back to the airport, I was told the shuttle is under maintenance and wouldn't be running until 2:00 p.m! I had to take an Uber to the airport which was more expensive than the shuttle."
