Reservation was lost at 9pm on a Sat night after they emailed me to confirm my checkin time. Was left in Inglewood for 2hrs while Expedia tried to find another accommodation and didnt so I had to cancel my work trip and drive back to Las Vegas at 11pm-3pm. The worst experience ever

"Worst motel experience I've ever had. Two of us, both women, stayed for one night and felt extremely unsafe. At 1:30 AM, two men banged on our door telling us to open up. We called the police and staff, but no one responded for hours. Another random man knocked on our door in the morning as well. ..."
