"I made the mistake of extending online. Check out is at 11 am. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 9 am, 10 am and 10.30 am. It was harassment. I had to go downstairs to check in for my new booking. I went back to my room to pick up my ID, I didn’t realise they would need it again since I only checked in at 2 am, and found security waiting for me, to accompany me back to reception like a criminal. I wish I had checked out and went next door to the Bellagio where they treat guests with respect at a minimum, but I already had booked online. This was all before 12 pm. The manager at the front desk, Bruce Banner or whatever his real name is, yelled at me for not knowing the hotel procedure is I needed to walk 20 minutes from my room to the front desk. They were unnecessarily aggressive and their procedures seemed arbitrary and unnecessary. There was always a half hour wait for reception, even at 3 am. Go somewhere else. They can’t even smile at you. They are the worst people I have ever endured in a hotel. If you open the fridge, they charge you $20 just for opening the fridge. Absolutely robbing you every opportunity they get. Not nice."

"Staff was extremely kind. Hotel lobby is beautiful and lively. However, the hotel rooms feel outdated a bit. For example, in our hallway the wallpaper was literally coming off the wall on it's own. Elevator inside could use a deep cleaning. Other than that, beautiful casino, restaurants, museums and gift shops. "
