"This is a great property, in a fabulous location close to the centre of Windermere.The pre-arrival communication was outstanding - undoubtedly the best of any Vrbo property that we have stayed in, leaving nothing in question, but with easy communication to the owner/agent if anything was required.Well equipped, spacious with ample on-site parking. "The location was excellent as very central for all shops, restaurants and the lake. The only issues we had were firstly it took a while to find our apartment as although we were given instructions for parking there were no details provided of how to access the flat and we later found out that we had to cut through a restaurant. Not ideal. Also we found the property very hot and although the bedrooms had ceiling fans the lounges area did not and could get uncomfortably hot at times. Could...
