Amazing such a lovely time. Mentioned it was a birthday, completely forgot I did and was welcomed to a wine to celebrate. Staff so lovely and kind. Place looked amazing and also free first drink at bar. Also went for food upstairs and was absolutely lovely.

There are two disabled parking bays nearest the main entrance and reception with a ramp alongside to manage the kerb, however once you reach the main entrance there are two large steps to get into the building. I then found out that there is ramped access at the side through a fire door that only...

Overnight stay as we were visiting Windsor Castle the next day. Great rooms although there is currently some renovation work going on - in fairness work finished quite early and didn't start again until gone 8am. Staff were attentive and food was good - would stay again.

Just the single night business trip. A warm welcome and decorative interior (shabby chic i'd say but no interior designer). Room was large and had everything i needed. some wear now showing but added to the charm of the place. Dinner options were plenty and the outdoor seat look amazing. Breakfast was comprehensive and the morning staff and atmosphere very pleasant. I would go again
