Beds were comfy, breakfast (included in my stay) was awesome, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing but kind and helpful. Perfect location right below the Allmendhubel. 100% would stay here again. Traveled with a toddler and felt super comfortable."

The location is perfect as well - right at the end of hustle and bustle of Main Street but easy walking access to everything. Also, we had stunning views of the glacier and peaks from our room! "Room had amazing view of the mountains and a little balcony where we sat just taking in the views and the sounds of the birds, cow bells, and thunder. It was a very clean and comfortable modernized room. Loved the bed! No elevator, but I loved the rustic vibe. Front desk very friendly and helpful."

"As described, Chalet Myrrena is 5 minutes walk from the train station and all amenities are a short walk away. The apartment is cosy & comfortable with views across to the Eiger. Hosts Lael and Len couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We look forward very much to returning."

"Don't be daunted with the fact that there isnt a grocery store or ATM in Gimmelwald! There are 2 bars across the street with pizza and drinks. A quick cable car to Murren for a Food Co-op or cable and bus to Lauterbrunnen for another Co-op which both have all you need is easy!The views, the peaceful quiet is amazing! All one hears are the bells of goats/cows. Love Love this place! comfortabnle, and very clean! Very attentive, manager onsite when we arrived! Highly recommend!
