Beautiful view of the mountains and amazing spa. Great pool and whirlpool heated sun lounge area. Very walkable into town. breakfast had a big selection but overall food was just ok. Great coffee though.

It was the best place to stay, everything was so convenient to the train and gondola, we made many trips on them both, its right next to station but we did not hear the trains at all. We stayed five nights and enjoyed the pool and spa. Just the best:)

The mountain views are the reason to stay here. It is spectacular! The staff was excellent and Pasta & More was an excellent choice for food as well. The room was great, we had the mountain view with a full deck on two sides and it was so much fun to walk out and admire the scenery throughout the day. The only issues were that the blankets seemed to have some stains at the food of the bed and the hot water would fluctuate in the shower. Overall it was an excellent place to stay and easy to access from the train. This is my second time staying in Wengen and it is spectacular.

We didn't use the amenities; however, they looked great in the photos. The view is amazing, and the location is great, being just across the road from the train station. I LOVED that it is a car-free village other than municipal vehicles and some from the hotels further away from the train station. Highly recommend this location!!!

We loved our stay in Wengen at this hotel. The room was fine and the breakfast was fantastic. It was fun watching the WC football games on the big screen TV setup for everyone to view outside. The staff was excellent. Fortunately the front desk has a shared refrigerator since the room does not have a personal unit. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I want to give special shout out to Martin at the front desk! Thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service. I feel like I made a friend just talking to him! Also the rest of the staff was amazing and helpful. Pasta & more we had a great experience both times we ate from there, we felt at home! Definitely staying here again when we come back to Wengen.

average property condition. had comfortable room and bedding. we took half board which was pretty bad experience. the breakfast was ok and the dinner at the Pasta restaurant had big delays, waiting lines, late serving and none to limited options for gluten free. the menu for half boarders was really restrictive. the staff was amazing i must say and tried to help.

Conveniently located directly across from the train station. Beautiful traditional hotel with a wonderful staff. Some of the amenities were closed during our stay for refurbishing but otherwise we loved it. The beds were good, breakfast was ok but not quite as good as we've had elsewhere in the region. Best of all are the mountain views and the Lauterbrunnen valley below! The views are stunning. We could have sat our on our balcony all day. It's also right in town (Wengen) and close to everything. We would stay there again if we ever return.

Rooms need to be renovated, small, not like advertised in photos. View from the room was exceptional, but that was all the room offered. Beds and pillows super uncomfortable. Front desk staff was friendly however the staff in the kitchen and restaurant seem like they do not want to work at all and do not seem to care or make sure their guests are enjoying their stay. Spa was very good. Very good location right across train station, especially if you’re hauling larger luggage. If you’re looking for a quiet spot, not for you because during dinner hours that have extremely loud speakers that play music, movies, or have live music.

The beautiful property with Mountain View’s was a great pick. Less than a 5 minute walk from the train station. The room was spacious, clean and had beautiful views of the Alps. The restaurant,Pasta and More was excellent and right at the hotel. Great visit.
