"The property and the service levels are fantastic at the Divan hotel. I really cannot find any negative points. The breakfast buffet was always fresh and offers a wide variety of choice for all tastes. I also dined at the restaurant one evening and the food was of the highest standard. The service was always first class and the staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Stay here you will not regret it!"

I can suggest to add towel hangers in the bathroom, the shower floor can be slippery and finally I did not understand in the beginning what you mean by “Special Class” , I suggest to be more specific for your future customers to avoid surprises.
