Fantastic location, lovely and clean. It was my birthday when I stayed and a cake was waiting for me in my room, which was a lovely surprise.

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Attentive, knowledgeable Reception staff - nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a One Bedroom Suite within the Convent area of the hotel. Beautifully appointed room - spacious, stylish & practical. Stunning hotel grounds & pool area. Amazing how the new and old parts of the hotel have been designed to complement one another. Both restaurants in the hotel were fantastic- we ate in both & had breakfast - would highly recommend...

The staff were awesome, they can’t do enough for you. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located outside of downtown Lisbon and the hotel put on a complimentary shuttle bus, which saves a bus, metro or taxi fare. The hotel is very close by a metro station though.

The hotel is very central on the Rua Augusta which is what we wanted. It’s on a pedestrianised street full of shops, restaurants and bakeries. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Arco da Rua Augusta and Praça do Comercio. Easy to catch a tram to Belem Tower and Jeroniomos Monastery. We walked to all other tourist attractions in about 30 mins , but we like that. Excellent little hotel!!

Well maintained hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Close to all amenities and the Metro, but nevertheless in a quiet street - 10 minutes walk to the city centre. Nice touches with complimentary port, cherry liqueur and afternoon tea with pastries. We had a sudden need for medical assistance late in the evening and the staff were brilliant in getting it sorted. Extremely comfortable room with all you need, especially, a large bed, comfortable chairs and terrific shower - great for relaxing...

Impressive entrance with lounge/jazz music playing. Comfortable seating inside with bar and also seating outside. Room was amazing with retro style furniture and colourful furnishings. They've thought of nearly everything. Espresso machine, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, washing machine, computer, iMac and even a free bottle of wine! There were a few minor issues eg. Lose tap fitting, dodgy switch for ceiling fan and a lightbulb missing, but that aside was an amazing place to be. Staff...

Great location, close to all transport and walkable to all places. Close to the shops but noise can’t be heard from the room. Beautifully clean rooms. Lovely helpful staff giving us recommendations of where to eat and go. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is, to provide a quick summary, excellent. Whilst it was fairly fresh on our visit, the refurbishment has been spectacular. The quality of the fixtures and fittings are something to be hold - nothing has been skimped on here. The room was large and excellently furnished. A waterfall shower in the spacious bathroom with bed in the comfortable bedroom. Open the shutters in the morning and open the window to take in the lovely Juliette Balcony.
