Our stay was extremely pleasant. We loved our room and the services to maintain the room were excellent. We thought the staff handled our check in and out with such great customer service. We were greeted with a welcome gift as well as a departure gift. We also love the security with handing the key to the front desk. Over the top with the services and security. This will be our number 1 hotel when we return to Lisbon!

This hotel was in a perfect location. Just a block from the water, and we could walk everywhere we wanted to walk in Lisbon and I felt safe. We had two rooms between my husband, myself, and our adult son.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, and the AC worked amazingly well, which I definitely appreciated after spending the day walking around Lisbon. The water pressure in the shower was also great! The location was convenient and overall I had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in many hotels across North America and Europe, and the AlmaLusa is one of the best yet. It is a perfect location, very comfortable with extremely well maintained accommodations. All staff were extremely attentive, proactive and helpful for all our questions and touring needs. They were tops in client service! The Delfina Restaurant in the hotel is excellent and we were able to attend their special Thursday evening dinner with music that was truly a fantastic experience.We loved our entire stay here and would strongly recommend this hotel for all stays in Lisbon!

Hotel was one block from the waterfront, modern but in a historic building. We were able to walk to St. Anthony’s church within 10 minutes and castle San Jorge in less than 30, but it’s uphill and not to be missed! The staff at Amalusa was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was adequate and you could order omelettes. The bed was on the soft side, the shower pressure was very good, and ceiling was high which makes the room feel much more spacious. Overall, we liked the Amalusa!

Everything was wonderful. My one complaint was that the cleaning staff was very loud. I might have been near the restaurant or storage cabinet. Room 17. This was my second stay here and I would absolutely stay here again. The front desk staff were always warm and helpful. Nice breakfast too.
