"Picanha Steak was over cooked. Requested medium-rare but came out medium-well. Breakfast ok, the staff who “greeted” me at the desk didn’t seem interested un customer service. Room lovely however, had one of the renovated rooms. Clean, and well decorated "

"Beautiful, warm and cosy hotel. Parking tricky at times. Very slow shower flow and stopped completely at one point!! Staff were excellent and food quality was also very good. Thin walls in room...we could hear everything when our neighbours went to the bathroom! Overall, a very pleasant stay despite minor niggles."
