It was on the top floor and gave us a lovely view of the surrounding hills.There was a choice of two longues downstairs were you could chill out if you wanted.The breakfast provided was excellent. "We chose the Lake View as a base for walks in the Keswick area. Everything about our stay there was exceptional. Hosts Stuart and Catherine were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The beds were super comfortable. We made good use of the downstairs lounge as a place to read and consult maps. The property is a pleasant 20 minute walk from the village, and well-served by public transportation. I highly recommend the Lake View."

"We absolutely loved staying at Roger’s home in Keswick! The three of us had plenty of room, all of the amenities we needed, and a beautiful garden courtyard to spend time together. It is a nice walk on a footpath to town, and a short distance to the Castlerigg Stone Circle. Roger was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for our stay in this gorgeous area. We hope to get back there again!"
