"Wir durften fast 6 Wochen in Frau Ridkys wundervoller Finca Son Fanc verbringen. Gemeinsam mit unserem 1 jährigen Sohn hatten wir eine tolle Familienzeit. Die Finca liegt bei Son Carrió und damit nur ca. 10 Autominuten von Cala Millor entfernt. Zum Spazieren gehen ist die Lage nicht ideal, da die Straße recht viel befahren wird. "Great property in a lovely undeveloped area of Mallorca. Not touristy, quiet residential type area. Not too far from Arta and some beautiful coves if you are prepared to put the effort in to explore. Great base to explore Mallorca from. House was very clean and spacious. "We were 9 people, 6 adults and 3 children - the villa was spacious, clean, very comfortable (good beds), air con etc. A great space in fact with great balconys. The kitchen however very small but this didn't really bother us as it meant not everyone could be in the kitchen getting in the way and we made great use of the BBQ every day! Lovely pool (quite steep to get in to ie the steps/step down), lots of loungers, nice sofa area and table also. Short walk to two fabulous beaches and to the area...

"Can Perdiu is a beautiful finca in an idyllic setting, perfectly located near the town of Santanyi. The photos online show exactly what you are getting. A beautifully decorated home with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, large living area, fully stocked kitchen, tons of chillout areas, a large lap pool with many chairs and umbrellas and even a fruit orchard!
