It is a place of peace, love and happiness. From the terrace that runs around the finca, you can see the sea on the horizon but also enjoy the unobstructed view of the ever-green hilly landscape of Mallorca, which surrounds the entire property (almond / olive plantations, sheep meadows). It is a piece of earth with particularly high energy - you can recharge your batteries here! The small seaside resort SÍllot is only 4 km away. Roman excavations have shown that this location is on one of the main energy lines on Earth - and in direct extension to it is Son Fanc. The large coastal towns of Cala Millor, Sa Coma can be reached by car in just 5 minutes, Arta or Manacor are only 15 minutes away. Whether you want to enjoy cycling, swimming, hiking or culture, everything is practically reachable from here ... that's why we don't have a pool. After all, we are on an ISLAND! Allerdings der Aussenbereich sehr „lieblos“, alles völlig vertrocknet. Die Einrichtung der Finca war allerdings top. Der Pool erscheint auf den Fotos viel größer. Aber es gibt eine Gegenstromanlage. Der Empfang war nicht so schön. Wir mussten extra 2 Tage vorher anrufen und unsere Ankunft mitteilen, 2 Stunden vor unserer Ankunft rief man uns an und sagte, der Schlüssel liegt da und da. Ich sag mal, bei dieser Preisklasse erwartet man doch etwas anderes. Für uns gibt es hier leider kein zweites Mal. ##### Susanne E. Am Besten hat uns die Terrasse mit dem schönen Sitzplatz und dem Pool gefallen. Die Poolliegen sind sehr bequem und es gibt Handtücher für die Liegen. Ein zweiter Sonnenschirm wäre prima, dann könnte man den verrücken, anstatt die Liegen in den Schatten an der Seite zu rücken.Der Wohn- Essbereich ist sehr groß, aufgrund des schönen Wetters haben wir diesen aber nicht benutzt.Die Küche war für uns ausreichend ausgestattet, da wir nur Frühstück gemacht haben. Es gibt eine Filterkaffeemaschine, eine Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Wir haben immer direkt gespült, daher war immer genug Geschirr vorhanden.Die beiden Badezimmer sind auch sehr großzügig und die Duschen haben einen sehr guten Wasserdruck.Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist sehr großzügig und die Betten bequem.Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist etwas kleiner, das Bett war aber breit genug für mich und meinen Mann. Leider gab es keinen Nachtisch und man hatte keine Leselampe, die man vom Bett aus bedienen konnte. Wir waren aber einfallsreich ;-)Das einzige, was uns wirklich gestört hat, dass es in den Schlafzimmern keine Klimaanlage gibt, sondern mobile Klimageräte. D.h. man legt den Schlauch aus der Terrassentür. Dadurch können Mücken hereinkommen. Auch sind diese mobilen Geräte so laut, dass man damit nicht schlafen kann. Bei uns war es in den ersten Nächten sehr warm, so dass man sehr schlecht schlafen konnte. ##### Claudia D. Gemeinsam mit unserem 1 jährigen Sohn hatten wir eine tolle Familienzeit. Die Finca liegt bei Son Carrió und damit nur ca. 10 Autominuten von Cala Millor entfernt. Zum Spazieren gehen ist die Lage nicht ideal, da die Straße recht viel befahren wird. Son Fanc hat alles was macht braucht. Ein sehr großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer (eins mit angrenzendem Bad), 2.Bad und eine tolle Terrasse, die einmal ums Haus herum führt. Der Blick ins Umland ist einfach traumhaft. Der Pool ist schön groß, war uns mit Kleinkind nur etwas zu kalt. Das ist im Sommer sicher kein Problem. Terrasse und Pool sind nicht gesichert und könnte für Kleinkinder ggf problematisch werden. Wir hatten unseren Kleinen einfach immer im Blick. Frau Ridky und ihr Verwalter waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation lief herausragend. Bei Problemen im Haus, war Herr Sureda sehr schnell zur Stelle. Ganz herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit auf Mallorca. Wir können die Finca sehr empfehlen. ##### Alexander M. In 5 Minuten Autofahrt war ich am Strand, da ich ja auch so ne Art Kur (Meeresluft) für meine Gesundheit machte. Die Gegend ist sehr schön für kleine Ausflüge, ob in die Natur, oder auf Märkte (Artà, PortoCristo) oder einfach mal mallorkanische Dörfer und kleine Städte besuchen will. Man fährt höchstens ne Stunde, wenn man Ausflüge nach Valdemossa oder Santanyi (super Markt) machen will. Die Strände der Umgebung einfach himmlich. Kleine Buchten, bis eben auch grössere Sandstrände. Die Finca selbst hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Einkaufen kann man auch in der Nähe für Selbstversorgung und besonders gute Qualität in den Agromart Geschäften in Artà oder Manacor. Sonne gibt es rund ums Haus, wenn man Sonnenanbeter ist und sie in Ruhe geniessen will. Danke Dagmar, ich konnte mir einen Traum erfüllen. ##### Linda L. Die Terrasse führt ein Mal um das komplette Haus herum und ist von allen Zimmern begehbar. In dem tollen mediteranen Garten konnten sich unsere Kinder austoben. Im Haus war auch alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt und der offene Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich ist sehr geräumig und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Einziges Manko war der Umstand, dass die 150€ Endreinigung eigentlich nirgends in der Anzeige aufgeführt waren - auch nicht unter "Zusatzkosten". Da das Wetter leider nicht auf unserer Seite war konnte er Indoor ausgiebig krabbeln - glücklicherweise ist der Wohnraum/Küche sehr großzügig geschnitten. Wir waren auch mehr als froh darüber, dass die Zentralheizung zuverlässig funktioniert hat! (In allen Räumen) Outdoor ist es für so kleine Babies/Kinder welche schon mobil sind nicht ganz praktisch, da die Terasse nicht abgesperrt ist und somit rundum Absturzgefahr besteht. Schade ist auch, dass man auf der Straße vor dem Haus nicht spazieren kann. Das wussten wir aber auch schon vorher und sind einfach mit dem Auto ein paar Minuten in den nächsten Ort gefahren. Cala Mollor, Son Severa, Porto Christo und Son Carrio sind alle nicht weit weg und schnell erreichbar. Das Bett war super gemütlich und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es letztendlich an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten einige Tage ein Problem mit dem Warmwasser. Der Vewalter hat sich aber immer direkt gekümmert, wenn man ihn um Hilfe gebeten hat. Hier lag leider ein Defekt vor, so dass an der Technik etwas getauscht werden musste. Dafür kann letztendlich niemand etwas :-). Uns wurde eine Ersatzlösung vorgeschlagen um doch mal duschen zu können. Vielen Dank dafür! Wer eine idyllische Unterkunft inmitten von Schafsweiden in ländlicher Umgebung sucht, die Beine hochlegen und mal so richtig entspannen will, der ist hier genau richtig. ##### Christina L.
