J’ai réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel pour un court séjour, mais l’expérience a été très décevante.
Dès mon arrivée, j’ai constaté plusieurs problèmes :
– La chambre n’était pas prête et ne correspondait pas à la réservation (j’avais demandé un lit double et trois lits simples, il n’y avait que deux lits simples).
– Aucun frigidaire dans la chambre, ce qui est pourtant un service de base dans la majorité des hôtels.
– Le cadenas de la porte était défectueux, et il fallait plus de 2 minutes...

I was in town for 2 nights and if you’re looking for a place to hang your hat whilst exploring the city where you can escape the bustle of the souks and city centre this place is great. 20 min walk from the centre or a short cab ride. Staff are wonderful-Zac looked after me very well and the Moroccan breakfast was beautiful! "

All the restaurants in the hotel including breakfast was amazing. The waiters at breakfast were warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome each morning (they even remembered how we liked our coffee served). We did have one small hiccup when booking a spa treatment - due to a miscommunication, we were booked into the wrong treatment. However, the way the situation was handled truly stood out. The spa manager personally greeted me at breakfast the next day, corrected the booking, and generously offered a massage as a gesture of goodwill. This level of care turned what could have been a minor disappointment into yet another reason to recommend this hotel.
