(19 reviews) Rooms on the ground floor were outside of the pool area so you had little privacy unless you shut the curtains all day. Clean rooms, good location. Sufficient enough amenities apart from first night where we had no hot water. At breakfast we think they were reusing pots of jam from the day before, as on our second day we had apricot jam but underneath the top layer was strawberry jam - which we had on the day before. The staff seemed hospitable at first but this quickly changed. We had an issue with our booking which required the riad to get in contact with Expedia. The riad lied to us and said that they had heard nothing from Expedia, despite Expedia showing proof that they had. We were assured on our leaving day they the riad would sort out this issue for us, yet we were continually lied to. They have since ignored my follow up emails. This is very poor customer service, I would not recommend this riad based on this.
