Beautiful hotel with great staff, Francesca was helpful and went beyond the usual customer service. The restaurant served delicious food with the same great service.

The old casseria has been lovingly developed into the most amazing hotel. Everything is of the very highest quality in terms of decor, facilities and staff. Our arrival coincided with an electric storm that locked the gates shut. It proved impossible for the staff to open them, so we had the unusual entrance of climbing the wall. We stayed for two nights and I wish it could have been longer! The whole experience was seamless, professional, friendly and easily the best stay I've had anywhere in years. Marianna was the best host anyone could ask for. She is not only atrentive she is also so warm and friendly. We were extremely lucky to be the only guests on the main house which made our short stay to be very special! All the staff made us feel like special guests. The landscape is iidilic, the design of the room and common spaces is perfect! The wine tasting with food pairing is a must.

We spent a wonderful week this March at Podere dell’Etna Segreta, and the experience was truly unforgettable. Extremely clean, friendly staff, highly recommend but you need a car and prepare to drive an hour plus to most of the sites in Sicily.

Nice area, very quite, good for relaxation, but not ideal if you want to visit other towns as it is far from everything. Nice room, no WiFi, cleaning service wasn't done (to be fair they excused themselves). Breakfast was limited and not fresh.

Great single afternoon and night stay. We had a quad room really big. Good sized bathroom. Air con. Veranda. Small pool and jacuzzi just behind us. Pool was super clean showers available. One of the best stays we've had. We were here at the end of June and everything about it worked. The staff were incredible, really attentive - especially the owners son, you can see the pride he takes in this place, the wine and food they produce and the business they run. They made a real effort with our daughter, who felt genuinely welcomed and at ease the whole time - she loved the courtyard under the trees and the pool. Staying in a hotel on a farm. Ideal for a quiet holiday. Stunning countryside views over the farm. Opportunity to visit the cows and the cheesemaking. Produce from the farm is used in the restaurant - cheeses, vegetables, meats. Even the salami and the dried tomatoes. Excellent antipasti every day. Opportunity to cook with the chef.
