"We booked a “cosy room”. It was small, but ok for 1 night. Very clean, nicely decorated and dressed. A nice bathroom. Could have done with a shelf to put stuff on, but we managed. Staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing. Toast was burned and it would have been nice to have had back bacon, not streaky which was very well done and hard to cut and chew. Good location."

"We really enjoyed staying in this quirky historical hotel attached to a pub in Chipping Norton! It was fun!! Its a historical building which is what makes it charming and quirky! Check in was in the pub! Awesome!! Then up thru the narrow winding hallways to a fun room! Beams in the ceiling! Views of the pool hall and the out doors, outback outside seating and parking. Perfectly decent bathroom with shower, Comfortable bed and in room tea/coffee station. Everything you need, and clean! And a fantastic pub where the locals clearly congregate! Loads of fun! We loved it!! Cheers!"

Large room, clean with a nice big bathroom, room was nice and warm and had all the amenitrequired for a short stay. Breakfast was very good with quality ingredients, overall it was a very good stay and I would not hesitate to return."
