"A warm welcome. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful decor and rooms. Garden courtyard is very quaint with an outdoor bbq kitchen. Alastair behind the bar was brilliant. Highly recommend."

"The staff were all very friendly and helpful and easy to contact. They showed us to our room and helped with the luggage. The room was good, with good amenities (2 armchairs and king size bed) and staff quickly brought us a fan as it was very hot. The bathroom was a bit dated but again there was everything you needed, including Molton Brown smellies. The food at dinner was excellent, as was the breakfast. The hotel is near to the High Street so easy to look round Burford which is very pretty. It also has a free car park which is unusual these days."

"The property was well positioned. The Cotswolds are BUSY, so it was great to have somewhere to stay out of the busyness. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was a great size (room 2). No aircon which was an issue in the latest heatwave. The staff did try to help by putting a fan in the room. We used the restaurant for dinner and there was a wide selection of choices. This can also be said about breakfast."
