"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. "The dining area was clean. The breakfast was nice. The staff were polite and friendly. Our room had water dripping all day and night from the A/C unit, causing a wet patch on the carpet which wasn’t very nice at all. Other than this the room was very clean. Unfortunately the pool area needed a clean and also a freshen up with decor and DIY. The showers were not clean. I was using this facility for the first time and didn’t realise there was no complimentary shower gel in the cubicles."
