"We returned here this year after enjoyjng our stay last year and we were again very happy. The staff friendliness, lovely very comfortable rooms and wonderful breakfast did not disappoint. Being able to have dinner in the restaurant is a definate plus with not having to go out after a long day driving. We would definitely recommend staying here."

Booked the willows as a last minute getaway for me and my girlfriend.
As someone that stays in hotels a lot for work and rarely writes reviews, I feel after staying here , I must share my views.
Customer service here is beyond impeccable.
We dealt with the owner , Margaret , the owner. A proper no nonsense landlady who loves what she does and is committed to making sure you love your stay.
Nothing is too much trouble. The facilities are exactly as advertised as with so many other...

Had a lovely weekend here. This hotel was perfect. Nice and quiet but lively enough to provide a pleasant ambiance without ever being noisy or overbearing. Staff throughout were lovely and the food is very good. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to get away and relax.

We had a lovely welcome on our arrival last Friday. We were very impressed by our room (3) which had a very high standard of decoration. Our room (superior double) had a lovely king- sized bed as well as a very comfortable large sofa. The ensuite bathroom was well thought out with thick towels and a vanity unit with a fantastic mirror. The owners have done everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There are towelling robes, hairdryer ,ironing board as well as tea and...

The room was really clean, a bit small but really nice. Parking was easy, within a few minutes walk from hotel. Kim was lovely, she made us feel really welcome. Its a shame that they dont do breakfast anymore but we took cereal and also went to wetherspoon which was just down the road.
We had a fabulous 3 days.

Staff very friendly and professional. Room extremely clean , the bed seemed low but the room has everything you need . We didn't have evening meal but they looked delicious. Breakfast was cereal toast and jams, 2 bacon,2 sausage, 2 eggs, beans, grilled tomatoes and black pudding. Orange juice, tea and coffee. Fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly reccommended

What's the difference between a Sharow guest house and a B&B?
A guest house in Sharow is typically a larger establishment with more rooms, offering a more hotel-like experience, and may provide additional amenities including luxury bedding. In contrast, a B&B is usually a smaller property that focuses primarily on providing a room and breakfast. A B&B is often more personal, and breakfast is typically included as part of the stay, but other services might be more limited compared to a guest house.
