Don't expect a view, easy and simple check and check out. In the heart of a shopping area with lots of options for food near by. Interesting breakfast options of a chicken omelette or shrimp, mushroom and bacon spaghetti. Overall very nice room and stay.

Right in a shopping area, so the gf was happy. Easy to get to and access to plenty of things. Room was nice, but could've had better pillows. TV allowed for me to login to Netflix and YouTube accounts for watching stuff when winding down which was a plus. Amenities like razor blades, toothbrush, etc were free. Would stay here again.

Check-in went smoothly and the hotel is in a good location. The lobby appeared to be well-maintained with amenities on display to take as needed. However, when I got to my room there was a noticeable unpleasant smell that never went away. The room was also extremely dusty with a thick layer of dust on the air conditioning unit, the walls, and the bathroom vent. After attempting to tackle both the smell and the dust, I went to use the shower where I found a number of small insects gathered in the corner of the tub. I ended up checking into a different hotel after one short night due to health concerns. I have stayed in capsule hotels and 1-2 star hotels much cleaner than this one. I only hope that this was an anomaly and that others won’t experience what I did.

Staff-less check in and check out which worked well. Located near the main shopping strip and about 15-min walk from JR Sendai station this hotel is convenient for most travellers. The hotel itself is modern, new, fairly clean. Surprisingly had a LG closet styler in my room! Things to improve include adding more wall-mounted hooks in the bedroom and bathroom, as the narrow space behind the door was barely sufficient. Else it is a great hotel!

Not bad but not good either

Location was convenient, staff was friendly but the beds were rock hard and the pillow even worst. The room was spacious. We stayed 4 nights, asked for cleaning on the 3rd, and they didn't clean the room because our pyjamas were on the bed. That was a first for me. The breakfast was not worth the price. It was literally pasta OR omelette and rice. Concept is fun, and it was not too expensive so I guess it's okay. But I can't promise I'll go again.

L'accueil se fait tout en ligne ou bien aux bornes. Pas de personnel sur place pour vous accueillir. Donc si vous avez un souci ou devez vous pré-enregistrer au préalable, il vaut mieux avoir déjà un plan Data (Pocket-Wifi ou bien e-Sim) pour pouvoir suivre les instructions que vous aurez reçu par mail un jour avant. J'ai reçu plusieurs fois un petit mot du service du ménage car je n'avais pas débarrassé le bureau dans ma chambre où j'avais installé mon laptop, chargeur usb etc. Je veux bien ranger au mieux mes affaires, mais ayant réservé pour 5 nuits, je "m'installe", je ne vais pas tout remballer comme si je faisait un check-out chaque matin... A part ça, c'était parfait.
