Clean rooms at good location

Conveniently located near the JR station. The rooms were clean and relatively spacious. We were also allowed to store our luggages overnight without charge.

I liked it!

Felt like a nice hotel, with the room in a pretty modern style and fresh. Breakfast was good and a location close to the train station. Can't think of anything to complain about and I could see myself coming here again if I'm going back to Sendai in the future.

Amazing location with reasonable price

Location is very good. Only 5 mins walk from the West exit. Quite easy access to walking street and restaurants. Breakfast is fine. There ‘re few convenient stores around the hotel. Amenities are more than expected especially facial products. Staff is nice and friendly.

Very close to Sendai Station (5 mins walk). Staff are very helpful. Rooms extremely clean. Comfortable beds. Bathrooms very good. Only criticism was that I was given a smoking room.

The Koko hotel is relatively close to Sendai station, and more or less in the heart of the city. The room was quite large for the price, and the breakfast buffet was a great value. Given how the hotel is in the thick of things, it's really easy to find just about anything you could need right outside of the door; shopping streets, department stores, and public transit are all around but if the denseness of the city gets to be too much, there are also less densely populated places to shop just a couple of stops away via train. The Koko Hotel is also within walking distance of the Sendai City Museum and the ruins of Hanmaru Castle, which are fantastic places to visit in general. I love the city of Sendai, and I really enjoyed my time in the Koko Hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

Good location for sightseeing with easy access to trains and buses. Typical small room hard pillow luckily brought our own, bed was comfortable. Lots of eating places around, we went to Saizeriya next to Mos Burger it was cheap and cheerful but very busy only 5 minutes walk from hotel. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as it was only luck warm at best
