Front desk staff and room cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and adequate lighting. Exceptional service, comfy beds and great bath and shower. Only issue we had is I hadn't prearranged with the hotel that we had a car to park and wasnt aware there was an area down the side street to pull in and unload our luggage so we struggled with finding a park then getting all our luggage out and to the hotel and then couldn't park in the hotel parking as I hadnt prearranged it so we had to park the car 2 blocks away and pay $20AU a day for parking. My error in not arranging parking beforehand, but worth others noting to make things easier.
