Located near the main shopping strip and about 15-min walk from JR Sendai station this hotel is convenient for most travellers. The hotel itself is modern, new, fairly clean. Surprisingly had a LG closet styler in my room! Things to improve include adding more wall-mounted hooks in the bedroom and bathroom, as the narrow space behind the door was barely sufficient. The room was spacious. We stayed 4 nights, asked for cleaning on the 3rd, and they didn't clean the room because our pyjamas were on the bed. That was a first for me. The breakfast was not worth the price. It was literally pasta OR omelette and rice. Concept is fun, and it was not too expensive so I guess it's okay.
