Room was lovely and spacious and was full of character. Very comfortable. Breakfast included in price was excellent and freshly made. There was a bath but no shower. For our one night stay this was fine but would be more of an inconvenience if you’re there for longer.

Very impressed with this Motel, clean, quiet, good bar and breakfast was excellent.

We cannot think of any significant shortcomings about this hotel and enjoyed our four night break

The Hotel staff were warm and very welcoming. The food was fantastic, apart from small portions. I had fish and chips was beautiful but I had 14 chips😩

It was a pleasant stay. The staff members were helpful ,polite and well behaved. The breakfast was excellent.

The property was excellent for what we wanted with family in the village. Great pub downstairs. The property is in a very rural location, only another pub and a shop

The staff at the hotel were brilliant and welcoming, room was good, and the food at the restaurant is of very good standard. Had breakfast included as well which was really good

The room was huge and bed very comfortable, and the pub itself had great food. Really nice breakfast too. You can go for nice walks from the door too.

The apartment was spotless! Fantastic location for exploring the city day and night! Will definitely be staying again. Staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Peace, pigs, no tv,, friendly hosts, cakes, fresh eggs, park beside accommodation, cards and games in cupboard, warm . cosy, What more could you ask for.

Rooms are on 2 different levels so very quiet. We stayed in room 2 which was lovely, with tea & coffee etc and very welcome biscuits. No need to bring shower products as they are all provided. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of items (ordered the night before). The fruit salad was fab & I can highly recommend the omelette! My husband had the full English, which he really enjoyed. Offered more tea/coffee & toast. The hosts Jane & Mark were lovely and very helpful regarding the local area...

We picked this hotel at random whilst travelling towards Norwich just expecting an ordinary little pub. Imagine our surprise when we were shown to a roomy room with a large en suite. Also deciding to have dinner we were served a beautifully presented meal which would compete favorably with many of the restaurants in the area and beyond. The staff were friendly and well versed in the history of the area.

I've stayed here approx 6 or 7 times over the last year, its always a 5 star experience. Its a beautiful place set back from a road (not a busy road). Its always exceptionally clean and tidy. Staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The full English breakfast is fantastic, always hot. I always try and stay here when I'm up visiting family and hope to stay again in Feb 2024.

All three agree, very warm welcome, especially as delayed and very late arrival. Staff all welcoming . Looked after nicely after long journey. breakfast was superb. A very nice hotel, to coin a phrase "exactly as it says on the can" Obviously does weddings, I would think very very well. Stay here anytime when this way again. Thanks.

Really great helpful staff dealing brilliantly in difficult situations in COVID-19. Well organised e.g. breakfast and bar. Social distancing possible with only one family in lifts at a time,etc. Reception desk staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms fairly clean. Some dated looking bits e.g. carpet stains but fine for the price.

Lovely clean, quiet, very relaxing. Excellent service and delicious food.

We had a great stay, with everything we needed. Exceeded expectations and will certainly book again if in the area. Very convenient with on site parking and an easy walk into the city centre.
