Spent a fantastic couple of nights at A Room with a View for Valentine's weekend and we were both over the moon with our choice! From the moment you walk in it felt welcoming and cosy, yet had all the mod-cons and more. My husband loved the cooked breakfast (and the coffee machine!) and I felt very spoilt, being gluten free, with all sorts of specialist items for me to enjoy. Thanks for a great stay. We loved the property. It is beautifully decorated. It stayed wonderfully cool. The beds were very comfortable. It was perfectly clean and as described. We can’t fault it. We’ve stayed in many apartments in Brighton and this has been our favourite.

Superior King Room with Sea View was fantastic. Lovely big room with a great view of the sea. There was even a desk fan in the cupboard for us as it was so hot which was helpful. Both a bath and shower were there as well. Couldn't ask for more, worth the price!

The hotel is great. Very clean and has an elevated contemporary feel for the price. Check in was phenomenal with a special shout out to Sam, who was fantastic.
We ate in the restaurant and although the food was excellent and the staff really lovely, it was clear that they were very short staffed, as it took ages to order, I waited 30 minutes for my drink, and the food took a very long time to arrive. We ate a starter and main and, were seated for over 2 hours. I asked for the bill as soon as...
