Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. Room was spacious, well equipped and cleaned every day. Location is extremely convenient for skiing. Lockable ski lockers provided - walk out of the door of the hotel into the Creekside Gondola. Evolution was ideal for our family (2 adults & 1 child). We stayed in a 1 bed suite with an additional sofabed. The apartment had everything we needed, was well-appointed and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the booking in progress easy. Our 11 year old loved the games room and, because the hotel was secure, we could let him nip down to play in it on his own. Beautiful hotel with excellent pool and hot tub. Very convenient to the village with all the shops and restaurants so close by. Very clean and modern and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

What a fantastic hotel. We were able to upgrade our room at a very minimal cost. The cost were absolutely fantastic. So friendly and helpful. After staying at the Hilton in Whistler the night before, staying here made a refreshing change. A lot cheaper, but much better in my opinion. The staff made our visit very memorable, our kids loved it, especially the cookies they brought to our room. The personal touch goes a long way. Highly recommended.

Clean basic room ideal for the night. The hotel mailed us to warn about potential noise from the bar below but we didn’t here any and had a great nights sleep

Perfect location, in the heart of things without being polluted by noise. Staff were superb. Room servicing was spot on. We will return to Vancouver and we will stay here again.

Perfect in every way

The staff were extremely welcoming and were very approachable. The cleaning staff were attentive and friendly, and the room was always clean whenever they had been in. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on it. I had the king size bed which was extremely comfortable! One of the best hotel beds I have ever stayed in and would go back for that alone! The Dyson hairdryer wasn't included in my room which I was gutted about, but I guess you can't have everything! What a fabulous hotel. Situated a couple of blocks back from the Waterfront (5 min walk) you’re getting the 5* experience for less $. And it’s quiet. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and if you want more of anything (coffee, water, coat hangers etc) you just ask and it’s there.
