Michael of the Fairmont Gold Desk Team went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. They helped me decorate the room for my daughter's birthday. Room service and restaurants were exceptional. On the Fairmont Gold floor, they have beautiful breakfast and snacks throughout the day late afternoon early evening hors d'oeuvres and incredible desserts, coffees soft drinks juice beautifully done. Impeccable. We enjoyed playing Scrabble and looking out at the beautiful harbor from the Fairmont Gold living room family room area. It feels like you were going back in time staying at the beautiful Fairmont Empress. The service is extraordinary and the feel and ambience of this gorgeous hotel makes you feel momentarily lost in time in the best way. We will be back soon."
