"Very nice guest house!"
We toured in Scotland for one week and this was the best places we stayed at. The house was big and decent, with spacious parking lot, friendly staff, sufficient rooms, plenty of facilities, beautiful yards, nice breakfast, super close to lovely beaches and parks, and not far away from downtown Nairne. We were a family of four, so booked a suite with one kind bed at a room, and two single beds at other. The rooms faced the beautiful seashore, and it was very quiet at night. Highly recommend!

"Lovely B & B right on the road"
One of the nicest B & Bs we have ever stayed in. I was offered a glass of a very nice malt whiskey on arrival and the breakfast was exceptional. The owners were delightful. couldn't have been more helpful.

"Top rate guesthouse"
Perfect location, lovely house, nice room. Colin couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. The room was a bit small but was very tastefully turned out. The only criticism is that it was a bit difficult to relax. It was a bit like intruding in someone else's house.

Very nice guesthouse in a quiet area but easy access to city centre. Comfortable room. Very friendly helpful owner and staff. Breakfast was really tasty and filling and there was a great choice of foods. We would definitely stay here again.

"Inverness B&B"
Clean and comfortable stay. The hosts, Neal and Angela are delightful. They do a cooked to order breakfast which was always good. They are south of town a ways out, which could be an issue if you want to walk to the downtown area - but they have a pub reasonably close we walked to. I would certain consider staying here again if I am back in the area.

"Genuinely nice people"
Owners are absolutely beautiful people. They are so nice and full of useful info about the area. Tip: Google maps brings you to someone's house, the B&b is down the street more.
