Seashells stands in a fabulous beachside position on the Strand in Saundersfoot. This ground floor apartment boats direct access from the shared garden to the beach and is just a 5 minute walk from the village's shops and pubs.

Rooms: Kitchen, living/dining room (with double sofabed), double bedroom, small single bedroom (with no window and only suitable for a child , it is very small with room for just a bed and a bedside cabinet. It does not have a door but a curtain), Sleek, modern and newly renovated shower room with double shower, vanity wash basin, toilet, heater and heated towel radiator
Beds: 1 double, 1 single, 1 double sofabed. Ideally suited to 2 or 3 guests but can accommodate up to 5 guests. 
Luxuries: Sony Bravia LED HDR 4k Ultra HD Smart Google TV, 43 inch with Youview/Freesat HD and Dolby Atmos, Sony DVD Player, Roberts Radio Petite 2 DAB+/FM RDS Portable Digital Radio with Alarm and Bluetooth

Utilities: Washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and grill with hob, dishwasher.

Outdoors: Patio to the front with garden furniture leading to a shared garden area which leads directly to the beach
Parking: The parking space for Seashells is NOT outside the apartment bay window. The parking space is opposite the apartment and has a Number 1 at the front of the Bay. It is the second space in from the white boundary wall as you’re facing in the direction of the sea. 
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
