"Rooms were big but could do with updating. Good poolside facilities. Great location. Shampoo and conditioner not provided. You have to put down a deposit for towels and the safe in your room and can only get these back at the end of the week.

"This property has incredible views from the rooms as it is high up the mountain in Los Gigantes. You can walk to and from the town/marina in about 18 minutes, (longer coming up) but taxis are cheap enough if you need a lift. It was fairly quiet when we were there so plenty of sunbeds if necessary and the pool wasn't too busy either. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony area was huge with 3 sunbeds, a table and chairs and a rail for drying things so...

"Excellent Staff except for grumpy bartender at pool. We brought our own drinking cups but was forcing us to use the hotels plastic cups and pay 1€ deposit. Made no sense. Rooms need updating. Especially bathrooms but the beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean. We asked for a quiet room and they put us on the top floor - thank you.
