We have stayed here several times and have found the beds to be comfortable with a good mattress and lots of pillows. The other times we stayed, the rooms seemed new and fresh and clean. Avania Inn of Santa Barbara
Place was clean and nice amenities in the room. Just had a slight hiccup with no hot water when place it fully booked due to high usage. Otherwise great location and very clean rooms.
