"What a wonderful hotel! Staff allowed us to store our luggage and provided us with refreshements while we waited for our room since we arrived early. We were upgraded to an apartment with a balcony. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Great location too, near Rialto, supermarket, and shops. Definitely recommend and would stay there again! "
