This hotel is amazing!!!! The refurbishment has been done so well, the location is perfect, it’s so peaceful but so close to everything. We felt so lucky to stay here.
Carlos is the bar was superb, I watched him make a drink for another guest and so much effort went into it, he was polite, engaging and attentive. Make sure you have a drink in the hotel bar or courtyard.

Room was spotless, absolutely charming, clean and spacious! Plenty of space with kitchen. Booked 2 rooms with their own separate bath/showers - so complete privacy. Air conditioning was really a true blessing considering it was around 32-34 degrees in Venice ( August ). Property smelled really good and refreshes you after a long day of walking

Amazing location at the heart of Venice and minutes from St Marks square. Beautiful Venetian art style, without being over the top like some. Intimate boutique-type hotel rather than grand palace. Gondola stop right outside, book at reception to be whisked straight to the front of the line and/or pop in to the St Regis next door for a sundowner by the Grand Canal! Wonderful stay.

The location is great as well, 5 min walk to San Marco plaza and 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. It’s also 2 min walk to Sta Maria del Giglio which is the stop that will take you to/from the airport at a cost of 15€ (one way) rather than spending a fortune in a taxi. Lovely boutique hotel in s great location 2 minutes flat walk from San Angelo vaporetto stop which was also served by the airport water bus line. An easy walk to main attractions or to get the vaporetto along the Grand Canal. Very easy to get to from St Angelo water bus stop and 5-10mins max walking distance from San Marco Piazza-great location. Fantastic breakfast included served from 8-11am, perfect for those needing to catch up on sleep & not miss breakfast! Definitely worth staying!

I have never written a review before, but my daughter and I fell in love with this hotel. Its location is fantastic, but it was the outstanding staff and level of service which stood out. Anyone looking for a beautiful hotel with a wonderful ambience within easy walking distance of all Venice’s sights doesn’t need to look any further! Great music playing too.
