The property was modern, clean & convenient. The refrigerator was the best one EVER in a hotel. The A/C was really loud. We could hear the neighbors A/C, too, which was disturbing to sleep. The polka dot tile in the bathroom was cool, but somewhat blinding. Since there’s no one on staff, you can’t easily request more towels, etc. I’d say that it was a little pricey for what was offered.

We’re from San Diego and drove up to San Francisco for a little road trip then drove back down the same weekend. We stopped by Solvang we got there pretty late, and were pretty exhausted, we looked at a couple places but nothing was available. Fortunately Pea Soup Andersons had rooms available, literally reserved the room 10minutes before checking-in which was a blessing. Checking in was smooth, the front desk was really helpful. We had a room in the back which was not creepy at all. Really enjoyed our last minute night stay. MVP

The room was clean. My only comment is when we left and returned at the end the day, we noticed bed and bathroom were not tidied up. trash were taken as I called the front desk to collect the trash and requested the coffee cups before we left the room. We usually experience good housekeeping at other Marriott hotels but at this location, our expectations were not met.

Only complaint was with the air-conditioning for some reason you were either hot or cold. Temperature could not be maintained. Also if you dont stay downstairs because you can hear all of the footsteps. We had the misfortune of staying underneath children who didn't sleep much therefore we didn't sleep much. Breakfast was delicious
