The coffee and tea bar was lovely. Pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. My daughter loved the pool toys. It seemed like the lovely accommodations made all guests friendly and considerate. "The room we were in was recently updated and was really nice. It was spacious enough for our family of four and had a great bathroom with a separate area for the toilet that allowed the bathroom to be used by more than one person. The only issue we had was that someone was constantly opening and closing their door late at night and as it was closing it was extremely loud. When we tried to call the front desk for help, no one answered. We called multiples times and even left a message. I think if the doors have a soft close that could help. It would also be nice to know the front desk is available. "

"We stayed for a quick one night trip, and the motel was clean. super convenient and reasonably priced. Location is excellent- 5 min walk to the Cerro hiking trail, and 5 min walk the other way to downtown SLO and the amazing farmer’s market."

"The hotel is run down. No fan in bathroom, paint chipping off everywhere. Hair on sheets. Only one umbrella at pool and it’s busted. I pictured a retro cool hotel. It’s needs major renovation. AC in our suite did not work. Dirt beside beds and water pressure was terrible. "
