A perfect get away for a couple or a family or even a single person desirous of change of pace. \*TWO bedrooms; queen bed, full over twin bunk & a sofa sleeper \*Fully equipped kitchen \*Bathroom with a tub \*WiFi & Smart TV \*Free parking \*Free Laundry Located off of Higuera street, makes for the perfect location and is easy to get to anywhere you want to go. Coastal house is located inside the Coastal Creek Mobile Home Park. There are some long term tenants and 8 other short term rentals in the park. Your neighbors are all super nice and generally stick to themselves. We have big plans in updating the park, and are enjoying the process! Guests will have access to the entire home. Her coastal home mobile home, is located in the coastal Creek Village mobile home park just off of Higuera Street in San Luis Obispo. The neighbors in the park generally stick to themselves and are all nice. You will be going in on the north end of the parking lot, go around the one-way street until you see number 3, the blue mobile home.
