As other reviews have noted, the stairs up two levels to a bedroom will probably preclude those who can't easily do stairs. There were a couple of little issues which I will list at bottom, but mainly we enjoyed it very much. The place was well equipped for WIFI and TV entertainment and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and the like. It was great to have parking off street, but the parking space is tight. If you have a big truck or something, you may need to park on the street. Convenient location, a short walk to the beach and about 5 blocks to the pier. It is a little inconvenient for the guest room as the only bathroom is downstairs unless you walk thru the master bedroom upstairs for the ensuite bath. There are no towel racks in the ensuite bath so you have to get creative to dry bath towels. Other than that, it is an excellent stay. ##### Alan A.
