The Neighborhood: Beachside Gem is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, just a few minutes from the beach and vibrant Grand Avenue. Getting Around: Getting around is effortless with public transportation just blocks away, including the Amtrak train station and local bus stops. Rideshare is also available. Other Things to Note: AMENITIES: We provide cooking essentials such as pots/pans, coffee, spices/oil, cleaning supplies & trash can liners. We also provide towels and toiletries such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. ENTRY: There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest. PARKING: There are three parking spaces in the driveway and additional parking on the street. THE DRIVE: The house is very easy to find, the home is just a few minutes from the 101. INTERNET: The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space. Smart TVs located in living room and in 3 bedrooms. You can log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TVs. OUTDOOR SPACE: There are three balconies to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze. The BBQ grill is just outside the kitchen on the balcony. Fire pit is located downstairs in the private patio area. BEDROOMS: There are 4 total bedrooms. Primary suite features 1 king bed and the additional bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 1 full bed, and 1 full size sofa bed. Total accommodations can sleep 8 guests. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Silverware/Utensils/Spices/Oil/Coffee LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer are both available to you. Located downstairs. SECURITY: A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the home. ADVISORY NOTE: The house is not allowed to be used for parties or large gatherings. We reserve the right to cancel your check in or evict you if you break the house rules.
