"By far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. It was a very charming hotel in a great location (very close to major attractions but not in the middle of a very busy area). The daily breakfast was also a great bonus. But the best thing about the hotel was the excellent customer service…friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. I would definitely want to stay there again and would highly recommend to people I like. "

"I thought the staff was extremely friendly and helped us with any requests. They even ordered us multiple cabs which was a big help. The lobby was quiet and clean. The room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. We got back to the hotel late one night (4am) and they locked the hotel for safety reasons but opened it for us quickly. It made me happy to see they care about the visitors safety. Also they held our luggage for us (free of charge) when we checked out for a few hours. This let us fully enjoy our last day of Florence. "
