The room was cozy, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and all the services provided worked perfectly. The hotel’s location is fantastic, too — within walking distance of many of Florence’s best spots. If you’re looking for a place that feels both authentic and cared for with heart, this is it. "I stayed in Florence during a heatwave and the hotel was super cool and the air con in my room was perfect. I had a slight problem with the loo running (water) but they fixed it straight away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of gluten free and alternative milk options. Can recommend."
