"We found some issues at the property. The property isn't marked with a name or number so you have to guess. The door key is a joke and it takes an age of trying to get it to operate the locking mechanism. The drainage system is not so good either. Showers take an age to drain away the water. Pro’s: The sandy pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, always some available at the time we went. Buffet breakfast and dinner always had wide selection available. We just returned from a 6 night stay at the Hotel PortAventura and it was fantastic. Gorgeous hotel and great theme parks/water park just a few minutes walk away. Plenty on offer to cater for both our 12 year old and 4 year old. The service was great. Staff really friendly and helpful. The only complaint was that there was no iron available at the hotel so we'll know to take our own next time and we couldn't believe the price of water!! The buffet restaurant was superb.
